Modular Buildings can be used for more than one
time. These buildings, apart from use in Earth
Quake Affected areas, can also be used for Construction
Sites, Accommodation Units and Army Camps.
General purpose uses of these buildings can be:
- Houses
- Hospitals
- Sports Halls
 Conference
Halls- Storage
- Schools
Through conventional methods and with the existing
conditions at earthquake hit areas, construction
periods will exceed the limits of period for construction.
It will take several years to convert the allocated
budget of donors to proper houses. The modular buildings,
as in Turkey after major earthquake of 1999, would
be in use of victims for quite a long time. Therefore,
they should have long life same as the concrete
buildings.
They may be available for use of more that one
time.
The capacity for production gives us a figure
around 500 units per month, so that in a short
period, it covers the main areas.
 They
have resistance to earthquake, fireproof and weatherproof.
These modular buildings have proper insulation
to protect the victims from weather conditions.
They have flexible design to meet with the various
requirements, with a duration of min. 30 years.
